Welcome to Adhunik BD. By booking our services (including AC servicing, refrigerator repair, microwave repair, washing machine servicing, IPS maintenance, treadmill repair, kitchen hood servicing, electric geyser repair, gas stove/burner repair, electrical services, desktop & laptop servicing, CCTV installation & maintenance, solar panel servicing, cleaning, pest control, and generator maintenance), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Customers can book a service through phone, website, or social media.
  • Service appointments are subject to technician availability.
  • A confirmation message or call will be sent upon successful booking.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for services may vary based on size, complexity, and required materials.
  • Service charges will be communicated before work begins.
  • Any additional costs for spare parts or components will be discussed with the customer before installation.
  • Payment must be made in cash, mobile banking, or bank transfer after service completion.

4. Warranty & Liability

  • We offer a limited service warranty on repairs and maintenance (specific duration varies by service).
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or power fluctuations.
  • Adhunik BD is not liable for pre-existing faults, manufacturer defects, or customer negligence.

5. Spare Parts & Replacements

  • We provide genuine and high-quality spare parts for replacement (charged separately).
  • Customers may provide their own parts, but Adhunik BD is not responsible for compatibility issues.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule a service by notifying us at least 6 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Safety & Compliance

  • Our technicians follow strict safety and quality guidelines.
  • Customers must provide a safe working environment for our team.
  • Adhunik BD is not responsible for any damages resulting from electrical faults or pre-existing conditions.

8. Refund & Dispute Resolution

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where Adhunik BD fails to provide the agreed service.
  • Disputes regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will investigate complaints and offer re-servicing if necessary.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data (such as name, address, and contact details) is collected only for service purposes.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties.

10. Modification of Terms

Terms & Conditions for Customers

Unauthorized Transactions & Direct Deals:

If a customer makes any transaction directly with a technician or vendor without prior approval from Adhunik BD or without officially placing an order, Adhunik BD will not be responsible for any issues arising from that transaction. Whether it is a service or product purchase, all transactions must go through Adhunik BD's official channels, including the website, app, call center, or official page.

In case of unauthorized transactions:

  • No warranty or guarantee will be applicable.
  • No complaints or service support will be entertained.
  • Adhunik BD will not be held legally or financially liable for any disputes or losses.
